Plan C and Serax have created a set of three scented candles whose shapes and colors go completely against the grain. The cylindrical candle holders are outfitted with chunky handles in geometric shapes and bold colors. They evoke vintage design and the Italian Memphis movement of the 1980s, a time when design was playful, colorful, and humorous. The idea is that the candle holder lives on as a decorative object once the candle has burned down.
